Publicly funded, non-profit Charter Schools seek to develop alternative models to improve the quality of public education.  Bronx Prep is a successful new school in the South Bronx, which is expanding to accommodate 800 students in grades five through twelve.  The challenge was to design a building capable of fostering the educational ideals of the school.
